It will teach students proper technique, give them a deeper plié, a higher relevé, a better turn-out, it improves their line, posture, flexibility, alignment and strength. It is the foundation and sets them up for other dance styles like jazz and contemporary. Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing - getting from one place to another in STYLE. Be a part of the hottest new sport! You will be learning how to do tumbling, flips, safe falling, and get over obstacles quickly. Any obstacle becomes your playground. Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing - getting from one place to another in STYLE.
