Private Lessons, Solo and Duet Practice (Ages 7-adult) Sign up for a private lesson and we will connect you with a time and teacher that fits your needs. Styles of Dance: Varies by student - can be acro, jazz, ballet, lyrical, modern, hip hop, tap, musical theater, gymnastics, and others upon request. Monthly Tuition for a weekly 25-minute class ($30 for one 25-minute session) o $85 per month for non-competition solos. o $125 per month for competition solos. o $70 per student for non-competition duet, trio, or small group. o $110 per student for competition duet, trio, or small group.

Dance Classes (by age or level):

Dance 1 (Ages 3-4) In this 30-minute introductory class dancers will learn creative movement through dance. Young dancers will learn the basic ballet and jazz steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development games in a positive and fun environment. Dancers will learn recital routines and have lots of fun! Our Dance 1 class is a dancely class. Dancely is our wonderful program dedicated to our favorite little ones, to get them moving, shaking, and most importantly, having fun! Our program features original music from the award winning songwriters at Disney, Netflix, and Marvel. Dancely also features original choreography from world renowned dancers, who know exactly the moves that make kids jump for joy with delight and excitement. Your little ones are going to have so much fun moving, bouncing, and shaking with us! Performances: Winter and Spring Recitals Styles of Dance: Ballet, jazz, creative movement Teacher: Ziemia Curtis Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard (with or without tutu/skirt) and tights or leggings, black jazz or black ballet shoes. One pair of black jazz shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $70 Dance 2 (Ages 5-8) In this 40-minute introductory class dancers will learn ballet, jazz, and other forms of dance. Young dancers will learn the basic ballet and jazz steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement in a positive and fun environment. Engaging music is used to get these little ones inspired to dance. Dancers will learn recital routines and dance technique and have lots of fun! One pair of black jazz shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $75 Ballet 1 (Ages 5-19) Ballet 1 is is a 40-minute class and has a heavy emphasis on technique and form. All dancers that are at age 5 and up that have never taken ballet or a technique class, will start with this class. Performances: Winter and Spring Recitals Styles of Dance: Ballet Teacher: Miranda Straka Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Wear black ballet attire with tights or leggings and pink ballet shoes. One pair of ballet shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $75 Ballet 2+ (Ages 8-19) Ballet 2 is a 40-minute class for students who have taken at least one year of ballet and have been asked to move up to Ballet 2. This class has a heavy emphasis on technique and form. Taking a ballet class will help with all forms of dance. It will teach students proper technique, give them a deeper plié, a higher relevé, a better turn-out, it improves their line, posture, flexibility, alignment, and strength. It is the foundation for all dance and sets them up for other dance styles like jazz and contemporary. Ballet can certainly make students an all-around better dancer, and it can be fun, too! Requirements: AT LEAST one year of ballet class. Performances: Winter and Spring Recitals Styles of Dance: Ballet Teacher: Miranda Straka Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Wear black ballet attire with tights or leggings and pink ballet shoes. Monthly Tuition: $70 Dance Improv & Dance Turns (9-19 years) This 35-minute class will focus on learning proper dance turning technique and learning how to improv dance choreography. Every week, students will increase their turning skills, become more confident, and begin to learn to choreograph routines. Performances: Winter and Spring Recitals. Costumes will be something simple and will not be purchased new. Styles of Dance: Jazz and Lyrical. Teacher: Ziemia Curtis Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard, black leggings, and any dance shoes. Monthly Tuition: $50 Performance Dance Team (Ages 7-19) This 45-minute class is full of fun, high-energy Jazz, Pom, and Hip Hop dancing. The choreography learned will be rich in performance quality and exciting moves guaranteed to get the fans off their seats! Your child will learn what it takes to be a performer! Requirements: There is a strict attendance policy for this class. It is also HIGHLY recommended that the students in this class take another dance, technique, or a gymnastics class to improve their dance and gymnastics skills! Outfits are provided by Inclusion Dance except black leggings must be provided by student. Performances: 1-2 area events, 2-3 basketball half-times, and Winter and Spring Recitals. This class uses multiple costumes throughout the season. Styles of Dance: Jazz and Pom Teacher: Ziemia Curtis Class Practice Clothing Requirements: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with black jazz shoes. Monthly Tuition: $75 (ask about a discount for competition students) Musical Theater (Ages 7-19) Musical Theater is a 40-minute class that is a jazz-based dance class filled with Broadway style dancing and music. Classes incorporate the style of dance one would typically see on a Broadway stage. This form of dancing emphasizes learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and facial expressions. Performances: Winter and Spring Recitals Styles of Dance: Jazz, musical theater, some singing if child wants to, and will learn a little bit of acting, facials, and stage presence. Teacher: Miranda Straka Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Clothes that are easy to move around in, black jazz shoes. One pair of black jazz shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $75 Competition Dance Jazz Level 1 (Ages 7+, must try out for team) This 40-minute class in which dance students will learn and compete in 1 competitive dance routine in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on fundamentals of dance technique through fun jazzy routine. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Student must also be enrolled in the Dance Technique 1 class. Must have taken at least 2 years of any dance and have the dance and memorization skills appropriate to keep up with the students in the class. We also suggest taking a gymnastics class. Dance Styles: acro, jazz Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, Winter and Spring Showcases AND Recitals Teacher: Miranda Straka Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with jazz shoes. One pair of jazz shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. This competition practice outfit will need to be purchased directly from Inclusion Dance. All competition classes are part of unlimited pricing (does not include private lessons). Take competition classes and all the non-competition classes you want. o 1 competition class $230 per month o 2 competition classes $320 per month o 3 or more competition classes $400 per month Competition Hip Hop Level 2&3 (Ages 8+, must try out for team) This 45-minute class in which dance students will learn and compete in 1 competitive hip hop dance routine in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on hip hop dance technique and skills with an age-appropriate, hip hop song. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Student must also be enrolled in the Dance Technique 2 or 3 class. Must have taken at least 1 year of any dance or acro class and have the dance skills and memorization skills appropriate to keep up with the other students in the class. Dance Styles: hip hop Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, Winter and Spring Recitals Teacher: Miranda Straka Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with gym shoes that are not worn outside. Please bring one pair of your own gym shoes to practice in (must be clean and not worn outside). Inclusion Dance will provide performance hip hop shoes or boots that the students will practice with when it gets closer to performance time. This competition practice outfit will need to be purchased directly from Inclusion Dance. All competition classes are part of unlimited pricing (does not include private lessons). Take competition classes and all the non-competition classes you want. o 1 competition class $230 per month o 2 competition classes $320 per month o 3 or more competition classes $400 per month Competition Modern/Lyrical Level 3 (Ages 9+, must try out for team) This 45-minute class in which dance students will learn and compete in 1 competitive modern or lyrical dance routine in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on more advanced modern and lyrical dance technique. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Student must also be enrolled in the Dance Technique 3 class. Must have taken at least 3 years of any dance class and have the dance skills and memorization skills appropriate to keep up with the advanced students in the class. Dance Styles: modern, lyrical Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, Winter and Spring Recitals Teacher: Ziemia Curtis Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with lyrical pirouette shoes. One pair of lyrical shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. This competition practice outfit will need to be purchased directly from Inclusion Dance. All competition classes are part of unlimited pricing (does not include private lessons). Take competition classes and all the non-competition classes you want. o 1 competition class $230 per month o 2 competition classes $320 per month o 3 or more competition classes $400 per month Big Dance Production (Ages 7+, for all competition students and others) This 45-minute class in which dance students will learn and compete in 1 competitive production dance routine in 2 competitions a year. We want as many students as we can in this production. We will split the students up into levels. Some of the routine will have all the children dancing together and some of it will have different choreography (based on skill level). This class will NOT be charged like other competition classes. The price will be the same as non-competition classes and will be no extra cost for all competition students and those utilizing the unlimited pricing structure. The competition fees for this class will be fundraised. THIS CLASS IS DESTINED TO BE LOTS OF FUN! Requirements: This IS a competition class and will have a very strict attendance policy. Students are highly encouraged to attend a dance technique or ballet class. IT IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL COMPETITIONS AND OTHER PERFORMANCES TO BE IN THIS CLASS. Dance Styles: production, jazz, musical theater Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, Winter and Spring Recitals Teachers: Miranda Straka and Ziemia Curtis Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with lyrical pirouette shoes. Acro & Gymnastics Classes (by level):

Toddler Tumbling (Ages 2-4) In this 35-minute class, students will creative movement through gymnastics skills on the gymnastics and ninja warrior equipment. Students will begin to learn basic gymnastic skills including somersaults, and handstands while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development games in a positive and fun environment. Students will learn to follow an obstacle course, bounce on our air track, and of course they will have lots of fun! At the beginning of their journey, we may need a guardian’s help to guide these young children. Requirements: Must be at least 2 years old and be potty trained. This class is designed for students who soon able to be independent of their parents during class time. Performances: This is our first season teaching this particular class. We are not sure if we will be able to have all the children perform in the Winter and Spring Showcases. We will see how it goes. o A performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases if they participate. Teacher: Marla Bradley Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $70 Gymnastics 1 Floor, Beam, Bar (Level 1, Ages 4-8) In this 40-minute class, students will learn gymnastics skills on the beam, bars, and floor. Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, splits, and many other skills. Requirements: Must be at least 4 years old and have good listening skills and focus are required. This class is designed for students who are able to be in a class independent of their parents. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Teacher: Marla Bradley Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $75 Gymnastics 1 Floor, Beam, Bar (Level 1, Ages 9-19) In this 40-minute class, students will learn gymnastics skills on the beam, bars, and floor. Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, splits, and many other skills. Requirements: Must be at least 9 years old. This class is designed for older students who are beginner gymnasts. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Monthly Tuition: $75 Floor Gymnastics 2 (Level 2, Ages 6-19) Gymnastics 2 is a 45-minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics. Students will strive to perfect handstands and cartwheels and learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including round-offs, press handstands, aerials, handsprings, walkovers, tucks, pikes, splits, and many other tricks/skills. Requirements: Must be at least 6 years old and able to do at least a somersault, handstand, and cartwheel to start this class. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Teacher: Marla Bradley Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $75 Floor Gymnastics 3 (Level 3, Ages 7-19) In this 45-minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics. Students will strive to perfect different kinds of handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, splits, and learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including aerials, handsprings, flip flops, tucks, pikes, layouts, and many other tricks/skills. Requirements: Must be at least 7 years old. To start this class you must be able to do at least a somersault, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, and at least one of the following: any walkover, press handstand, or any handspring. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Students will strive to perfect press handstands, all walkovers, all handsprings, aerials, splits and learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including tucks, pikes, layouts, and many other advance tricks and skills. Requirements: Must be at least 8 years old. To start this class you must be able to do at least a cartwheel, round- off, press handstand, any walkover, any handspring, and any of the splits. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Teacher: Marla Bradley Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts, sweatpants, or sweatshirts). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $75 Gymnastics 2-4 Beam, Bar, and More (Level 2, Ages 6-19) In this 45-minute class, students will focus on gymnastics beam and bar skills. Requirements: Must be at least 6 years old and able to do at least a somersault, handstand, and cartwheel on the floor to start this class. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Teacher: Marla Bradley Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts, sweatpants, or sweatshirts). Monthly Tuition: $75 Gymnastics & Acro Stunts (Level 3-4, Ages 7-19) In this 45-minute class, students will work on gymnastics and acro stunts. The focus of the individual’s skills with be strength and partner/group lifts. This class will also introduce individual gymnastics tricks and contortion maneuvers. Requirements: Must be at least 7 years old. To start this class you must be able to do at least a somersault, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, and at least one of the following: any walkover, press handstand, or any handspring. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Teacher: Marla Bradley Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts, sweatpants, or sweatshirts). Monthly Tuition: $75 Acro 1 (Non-competition) (Ages 6-19) In this fun, 40-minute class, students will learn the basics of acrobatics, gymnastics, and dance. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics or dance class. Our acro instructors will teach dance choreography and guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks, based on each student's individual level of experience. And it's fun, too! Requirements: Must be at least 6 years old and also be enrolled in any other dance, ballet, technique, or a gymnastics class. Dance Styles: Acro, jazz Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases AND Recitals Teacher: Miranda Straka Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Monthly Tuition: $75 Competition Acro Jazz Level 2 (Ages 8+, must try out for team) In this 45-minute class acro students (a little more advanced and/or a little older than Level 1) will learn and compete in 1 competitive dance routine in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic and dance technique through fun jazzy dance routine. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Student must also be enrolled in a dance technique and a gymnastics class. Must have taken at least 1 year of any gymnastics or acro class and have at least a handstand, cartwheel, round-off, and any split to start this class. Dance Styles: Acro, jazz Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, Winter and Spring Showcases AND Recitals Teacher: Miranda Straka Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with jazz shoes. Student must also be enrolled in the dance technique class and a gymnastics class. Must have taken at least 2 years of any gymnastics or acro class and have at least a cartwheel, round-off, press handstand, any walkover or handspring, any of the splits, a pirouette, jete, and other dance skills. Dance Styles: Acro, jazz Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, Winter and Spring Showcases AND Recitals Teacher: Miranda Straka Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with jazz shoes. Ninja Warrior Parkour Classes: (pronounced “par-core”)

American Ninja Warrior has created a surge of excitement in the USA, especially for young people. This thrilling TV program was actually developed out of an older form of sport called Parkour. Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing - getting from one place to another in STYLE. Be a part of the hottest new sport! You will be learning how to do tumbling, flips, safe falling, and get over obstacles quickly. Any obstacle becomes your playground. Come be a part of the fastest growing sport in the world! We use the curriculum and lesson plans from Ninja Monkey Gym for our classes. Ninja Warrior (Ages 4-8) Kids naturally want to run, jump, climb, balance and generally test their limits. This program plays on that kind of fun. Ninja Warrior Parkour is exceptional at developing many types of strengths, flexibility and balance while challenging participants through fun. This beginner, 40-minute class is really good for your child. It teaches younger students how to listen to a teacher and make their body do what the teacher says. It teaches problem solving, focus, perseverance, agility, strength, patience, coordination and more. All in a naturally challenging and rewarding environment. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Gym clothes that are easy to move in, gym shoes that are clean and not worn outside OR gymnastics shoes. One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance, if wanted. Teacher: Marla Bradley Monthly Tuition: $75 Ninja Warrior (Ages 9-19) In this 45-minutes class provides a basis of maneuvers the beginning parkour athlete can use to build upon in a creative manner. Classes will build strength, self-awareness, confidence, and coordination, which will increase your child’s performance in all other physical activities and sports. Classes are taught on our gym floor, using mats, blocks, and other obstacles that give the feel of an urban environment - without the danger of cement or concrete. Our Ninja Warrior Parkour program is a great outlet for energy and appeals to a wide range of ages and abilities - everyone loves to run, jump, and flip! Fitness Classes

Adult Lift and HIIT Fitness Class (Ages 12 - Adult) HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. HIIT is a full-body workout and builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This 45-minute class combines resistance training with plyometric moves to improve your strength and power. Cost: $5 per class (or you can pay $30 per month for any/all fitness classes) Clothing Suggestions: Gym clothes that are easy to move in, gym shoes that are clean and not worn outside. We provide dumbells, step, yoga mats, etc. Teacher: Jessica Thibodeau Adult Circuit Fitness Class (Ages 12 - Adult) This 45-minute class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session. Circuit training involves 6-15 exercises and will be structured in a way that enables you to keep performing the exercises with good technique and very short rest intervals. You will be sure to sweat! Private Lessons, Solo and Duet Practice (Ages 7-adult) Sign up for a private lesson and we will connect you with a time and teacher that fits your needs. Styles of Dance: Varies by student - can be acro, jazz, ballet, lyrical, modern, hip hop, tap, musical theater, gymnastics, and others upon request. Dance 1 (Ages 3-4) In this 30-minute introductory class dancers will learn creative movement through dance. Young dancers will learn the basic ballet and jazz steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development games in a positive and fun environment. Dancers will learn recital routines and have lots of fun! Our Dance 1 class is a dancely class. Dancely is our wonderful program dedicated to our favorite little ones, to get them moving, shaking, and most importantly, having fun! Our program features original music from the award winning songwriters at Disney, Netflix, and Marvel. Dancely also features original choreography from world renowned dancers, who know exactly the moves that make kids jump for joy with delight and excitement. Your little ones are going to have so much fun moving, bouncing, and shaking with us! All dancers that are at age 5 and up that have never taken ballet or a technique class, will start with this class. Monthly Tuition: $75 Ballet 2+ (Ages 8-19) Ballet 2 is a 40-minute class for students who have taken at least one year of ballet and have been asked to move up to Ballet 2. This class has a heavy emphasis on technique and form. Taking a ballet class will help with all forms of dance. It will teach students proper technique, give them a deeper plié, a higher relevé, a better turn-out, it improves their line, posture, flexibility, alignment, and strength. It is the foundation for all dance and sets them up for other dance styles like jazz and contemporary. Ballet can certainly make students an all-around better dancer, and it can be fun, too! Requirements: AT LEAST one year of ballet class. Every week, students will increase their turning skills, become more confident, and begin to learn to choreograph routines. Performances: Winter and Spring Recitals. Costumes will be something simple and will not be purchased new. Styles of Dance: Jazz and Lyrical. Teacher: Ziemia Curtis Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard, black leggings, and any dance shoes. Monthly Tuition: $50 Performance Dance Team (Ages 7-19) This 45-minute class is full of fun, high-energy Jazz, Pom, and Hip Hop dancing. The choreography learned will be rich in performance quality and exciting moves guaranteed to get the fans off their seats! Your child will learn what it takes to be a performer! Requirements: There is a strict attendance policy for this class. It is also HIGHLY recommended that the students in this class take another dance, technique, or a gymnastics class to improve their dance and gymnastics skills! Outfits are provided by Inclusion Dance except black leggings must be provided by student. Performances: 1-2 area events, 2-3 basketball half-times, and Winter and Spring Recitals. This class uses multiple costumes throughout the season. Monthly Tuition: $75 (ask about a discount for competition students) Musical Theater (Ages 7-19) Musical Theater is a 40-minute class that is a jazz-based dance class filled with Broadway style dancing and music. Classes incorporate the style of dance one would typically see on a Broadway stage. This form of dancing emphasizes learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and facial expressions. Performances: Winter and Spring Recitals Styles of Dance: Jazz, musical theater, some singing if child wants to, and will learn a little bit of acting, facials, and stage presence. Monthly Tuition: $75 Competition Dance Jazz Level 1 (Ages 7+, must try out for team) This 40-minute class in which dance students will learn and compete in 1 competitive dance routine in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on fundamentals of dance technique through fun jazzy routine. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Student must also be enrolled in the Dance Technique 1 class. Must have taken at least 2 years of any dance and have the dance and memorization skills appropriate to keep up with the students in the class. We also suggest taking a gymnastics class. Dance Styles: acro, jazz Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, Winter and Spring Showcases AND Recitals Teacher: Miranda Straka Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with jazz shoes. Student must also be enrolled in the Dance Technique 3 class. Must have taken at least 3 years of any dance class and have the dance skills and memorization skills appropriate to keep up with the advanced students in the class. Dance Styles: modern, lyrical Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, Winter and Spring Recitals Teacher: Ziemia Curtis Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (tank leotard can be worn underneath for when student is warm) and leggings with lyrical pirouette shoes. We want as many students as we can in this production. We will split the students up into levels. Some of the routine will have all the children dancing together and some of it will have different choreography (based on skill level). This class will NOT be charged like other competition classes. The price will be the same as non-competition classes and will be no extra cost for all competition students and those utilizing the unlimited pricing structure. The competition fees for this class will be fundraised. THIS CLASS IS DESTINED TO BE LOTS OF FUN! Requirements: This IS a competition class and will have a very strict attendance policy. Students are highly encouraged to attend a dance technique or ballet class. IT IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL COMPETITIONS AND OTHER PERFORMANCES TO BE IN THIS CLASS. Acro & Gymnastics Classes (by level):

Toddler Tumbling (Ages 2-4) In this 35-minute class, students will creative movement through gymnastics skills on the gymnastics and ninja warrior equipment. Students will begin to learn basic gymnastic skills including somersaults, and handstands while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development games in a positive and fun environment. Students will learn to follow an obstacle course, bounce on our air track, and of course they will have lots of fun! At the beginning of their journey, we may need a guardian’s help to guide these young children. Requirements: Must be at least 2 years old and be potty trained. This class is designed for students who soon able to be independent of their parents during class time. Performances: This is our first season teaching this particular class. We are not sure if we will be able to have all the children perform in the Winter and Spring Showcases. We will see how it goes. o A performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases if they participate. Teacher: Marla Bradley Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). Requirements: Must be at least 4 years old and have good listening skills and focus are required. This class is designed for students who are able to be in a class independent of their parents. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). To start this class you must be able to do at least a somersault, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, and at least one of the following: any walkover, press handstand, or any handspring. Requirements: Must be at least 8 years old. To start this class you must be able to do at least a cartwheel, round-off, press handstand, any walkover, any handspring, and any of the splits. Requirements: Must be at least 7 years old. To start this class you must be able to do at least a somersault, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, and at least one of the following: any walkover, press handstand, or any handspring. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics or dance class. Our acro instructors will teach dance choreography and guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks, based on each student's individual level of experience. And it's fun, too! Requirements: Must be at least 6 years old and also be enrolled in any other dance, ballet, technique, or a gymnastics class. Ninja Warrior Parkour Classes: (pro-

American Ninja Warrior has created a surge of excitement in the USA, especially for young people. This thrilling TV program was actually developed out of an older form of sport called Parkour. Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing - getting from one place to another in STYLE. Come be a part of the fastest growing sport in the world! We use the curriculum and lesson plans from Ninja Monkey Gym for our classes. Ninja Warrior (Ages 4-8) Kids naturally want to run, jump, climb, balance and generally test their limits. This program plays on that kind of fun. Ninja Warrior Parkour is exceptional at developing many types of strengths, flexibility and balance while challenging participants through fun. This beginner, 40- minute class is really good for your child. It teaches younger students how to listen to a teacher and make their body do what the teacher says. It teaches problem solving, focus, perseverance, agility, strength, patience, coordination and more. All in a naturally challenging and rewarding environment. Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases). Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Gym clothes that are easy to move in, gym shoes that are clean and not worn outside OR gymnastics shoes. Teacher: Marla Bradley Monthly Tuition: $75 Ninja Warrior (Ages 9-19) In this 45-minutes class provides a basis of maneuvers the beginning parkour athlete can use to build upon in a creative manner. Classes will build strength, self-awareness, confidence, and coordination, which will increase your child’s performance in all other physical activities and sports. Classes are taught on our gym floor, using mats, blocks, and other obstacles that give the feel of an urban environment - without the danger of cement or concrete. Our Ninja Warrior Parkour program is a great outlet for energy and appeals to a wide range of ages and abilities - everyone loves to run, jump, and flip! Our staff strives to make the program as safe as possible through progressions, equipment design as well as general physical and mental preparations. Adult Lift and HIIT Fitness Class (Ages 12 - Adult) HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. HIIT is a full-body workout and builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This 45-minute class combines resistance training with plyometric moves to improve your strength and power. Cost: $5 per class (or you can pay $30 per month for any/all fitness classes) Clothing Suggestions: Gym clothes that are easy to move in, gym shoes that are clean and not worn outside. We provide dumbells, step, yoga mats, etc. Teacher: Jessica Thibodeau Adult Circuit Fitness Class (Ages 12 - Adult) This 45-minute class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session. Circuit training involves 6-15 exercises and will be structured in a way that enables you to keep performing the exercises with good technique and very short rest intervals. You will be sure to sweat!
