Private Lessons / Solo and Duet Practice (Ages 7-adult) Private Lessons are 25-minutes in length and can be used for solos, duets, or trios. Private Lessons can be scheduled for ballet, dance, acro, call for other types of private lessons. Dance Classes (by age or level):

Dance 1 (Ages 2-5) In this 30-minute introductory class dancers will learn creative movement through dance. Young dancers will learn the basic ballet and jazz steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development games in a positive and fun environment. Dancers will learn recital routines and have lots of fun! Our Dance 1 class is a dancely class. Dancely is our wonderful program dedicated to our favorite little ones, to get them moving, shaking, and most importantly, having fun! Our program features original music from the award winning songwriters at Disney, Netflix and Marvel. Dancely also features original choreography from world renowned dancers, who know exactly the moves that make kids jump for joy with delight and excitement. Your little ones are going to have so much fun moving, bouncing, and shaking with us! Young dancers will learn the basic ballet and jazz steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement in a positive and fun environment. Engaging music is used to get these little ones inspired to dance. Dancers will learn recital routines and dance technique and have lots of fun! Dance Performance Team (Ages 7-19) This 45-minute class is full of fun, high-energy jazz, pom, and hip hop dancing. The choreography learned will be rich in performance quality and exciting moves guaranteed to get the fans off their seats! Your child will learn what it takes to be a performer! Requirements: There is a strict attendance policy for this class. It is also HIGHLY recommended that the students in this class take another dance, technique, or a gymnastics class to improve their dance and gymnastics skills! Performances: 1-2 area events, 2-3 basketball half-times, and recitals in winter & spring. Styles of Dance: jazz, pom, hip hop All-inclusive Monthly Tuition: $75 Teacher (Crystal Falls): Rylee Criever Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt (or leotard) and leggings, black jazz shoes and possibly hip hop shoes. One pair of black jazz shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. This class uses multiple costumes throughout the season. Musical Theater (Ages 7-19) Musical Theater is a 45-minute jazz-based dance class filled with Broadway style dancing and music. Classes incorporate the style of dance one would typically see on a Broadway stage. This form of dancing emphasizes learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and facial expressions. This class is a favorite for older students at Inclusion Dance. Singing will also be incorporated. Students will be encouraged to sing but will not be forced to sing. Performances: Recitals in winter & spring Styles of Dance: Jazz, musical theater, and will learn some acting, facials, and stage presence. Gymnastics 1 (Level 1, Ages 4-19) In this 45-minute class, students will learn gymnastics skills on the beam, uneven bar, and floor. Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, splits, and many other skills. Requirements: Good listening skills and focus are required. This class is designed for students who are able to be in a class independent of their parents. Performances: Showcases in winter & spring (a performance shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at showcases). Monthly Tuition: $65 Teachers (Crystal Falls & Florence): Heather Cronkright Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard and leggings, gymnastics shoes. One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Gymnastics 2 (Level 1.5+, Ages 6-19) In this 45-minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics and spend a little bit of time learning gymnastics skills on the beam and uneven bars. Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including more advanced somersaults, cartwheels, walkovers, and many other tricks/skills. Requirements: Must be able to do at least a handstand, have somewhat of a cartwheel, and be at least 6 years old to start this class. Performances: Showcases in winter & spring (a performance shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at showcases). Monthly Tuition: $65 Teachers (Crystal Falls): Heather Cronkright Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard and leggings, gymnastics shoes. One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Gymnastics 3 (Level 2+, Ages 7-19) In this 45-minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics and spend a little bit of time learning gymnastics skills on the beam and uneven bars. Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including front and back walkovers, aerials, handsprings, flip flop walkovers, handsprings, tucks, pikes, layouts, and many other tricks/skills. Requirements: Must be able to do at least a handstand, a cartwheel, have somewhat of walkover, and be at least 7 years old to start this class. Performances: Showcases in winter & spring (a performance shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at showcases). Monthly Tuition: $65 Teachers (Crystal Falls): Heather Cronkright Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard and leggings, gymnastics shoes. One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Gymnastics 4 (Level 3+, Ages 8-19) In this 45-minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics and spend a little bit of time learning gymnastics skills on the beam and uneven bars. Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including perfecting front and back walkovers, aerials, handsprings, flip flops, handsprings, tucks, pikes, layouts, and many other tricks/skills. Requirements: Must be able to do at least a handstand, a cartwheel, a walkover, have somewhat of a handspring or other skill, and be at least 8 years old OR BE ON A COMPETITION ACRO TEAM to start this class. Performances: Showcases in winter & spring (a performance shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at showcases). Monthly Tuition: $65 Teachers (Crystal Falls): Heather Cronkright Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard and leggings, gymnastics shoes. One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Acro 1 (Non-competition) (Ages 6-19) In this fun, 45-minute class, students will learn the basics of acrobatics, gymnastics, and dance. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. Our acro instructors will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration put together into a dance routine. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks, based on each student's individual level of experience. And it's fun, too! This is a great introductory class for those interested in joining our acro competition classes in future seasons! Requirements: Must also be enrolled in another a dance, technique, or a gymnastics class. There are some exceptions to this, contact Inclusion Dance to discuss. We highly recommend our Acro students to take another class in order to excel in either dance or gymnastics (or both) to become better in their acro class! Dance Styles: Acro, jazz Performances: Winter & spring recitals Monthly Tuition: $75 Teacher (Crystal Falls & Iron River): Rylee Criever and Heather Cronkright Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard and leggings, gymnastics shoes. One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Cirque du Acro Competition Team (Ages 6+, must try out for team) This 65-minute class in which young intermediate-level acro students will learn and compete in 2 competitive dance routines in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique through fun jazzy dance routines. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Students must be enrolled in dance technique class. We also highly suggest taking a gymnastics class. Competition students must have taken at least 1 year of any dance class and gymnastics or acro class and have at least a handstand, and cartwheel to start this class. Dance Styles: acro, jazz Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, winter & spring showcases and recitals Monthly Tuition: $205 Teacher (Crystal Falls): Miranda Straka Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt, black leggings, and gymnastics shoes. One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance. Soaring Acrobatics Competition Team Level 3 (Ages 8+, must try out for team) This is a 100-minute class in which intermediate/advanced students will learn and compete in 3 competitive dance routines in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as advanced handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks put into well-choreographed dance routines. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Students must be enrolled in a dance technique class. We also highly suggest taking a gymnastics class. Students must have taken at least two years of any gymnastics or acro class and have at least a handstand, cartwheel, any walk-over, and any split to start this class. Dance Styles: acro, jazz, hip hop, lyrical Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, winter & spring showcases and recitals Monthly Tuition: $215 Teacher (Crystal Falls): Miranda Straka Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt, black leggings, and gymnastics shoes. Ninja Warrior Parkour Classes: (pronounced “par-core”)

American Ninja Warrior has created a surge of excitement in the USA, especially for young people. This thrilling TV program was actually developed out of an older form of sport called Parkour. Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing - getting from one place to another in STYLE. Be a part of the hottest new sport! You will be learning how to do tumbling, flips, safe falling, and get over obstacles quickly. Any obstacle becomes your playground. Come be a part of the fastest growing sport in the world! Ninja Warrior 1 (Ages 3-7) Kids naturally want to run, jump, climb, balance and generally test their limits. This program plays on that kind of fun. Ninja Warrior Parkour is exceptional at developing many types of strengths, flexibility and balance while challenging participants through fun. This beginner, 45-minute class is really good for your child. It teaches younger students how to listen to a teacher and make his body do what the teacher says. It teaches problem solving, focus, perseverance, agility, strength, patience, coordination and more. All in a naturally challenging and rewarding environment. Performances: Showcases in winter & spring Monthly Tuition: $65 Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Gym clothes that are easy to move in, gym shoes that are not worn outside. A t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at practices and showcases. Teacher (Crystal Falls and Iron River): Heather Cronkright Ninja Warrior 2 (Ages 7-19) This 45-minutes class provides a basis of maneuvers the beginning parkour athlete can use to build upon in a creative manner. Classes will build strength, self-awareness, confidence and coordination, which will increase your child’s performance in all other physical activities and sports. Classes are taught on our gym floor, using mats, blocks, and other obstacles that give the feel of an urban environment - without the danger of cement or concrete. Our Ninja Warrior Parkour program is a great outlet for energy and appeals to a wide range of ages and abilities - everyone loves to run, jump, and flip! Our staff strives to make the program as safe as possible through progressions, equipment design as well as general physical and mental preparations. Gymnastics 4 (Level 3+, Ages 8-19) In this 45-minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics and spend a little bit of time learning gymnastics skills on the beam and uneven bars. Acro 1 (Non-competition) (Ages 6-19) In this fun, 45-minute class, students will learn the basics of acrobatics, gymnastics, and dance. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. Our acro instructors will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration put together into a dance routine. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks, based on each student's individual level of experience. And it's fun, too! This is a great introductory class for those interested in joining our acro competition classes in future seasons! Requirements: Must also be enrolled in another a dance, technique, or a gymnastics class. There are some exceptions to this, contact Inclusion Dance to discuss. We highly recommend our Acro students to take another class in order to excel in either dance or gymnastics (or both) to become better in their acro class! Cirque du Acro Competition Team (Ages 6+, must try out for team) This 65-minute class in which young intermediate-level acro students will learn and compete in 2 competitive dance routines in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique through fun jazzy dance routines. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Students must be enrolled in dance technique class. We also highly suggest taking a gymnastics class. Competition students must have taken at least 1 year of any dance class and gymnastics or acro class and have at least a handstand, and cartwheel to start this class. Dance Styles: acro, jazz Performances: 1-2 area events, 1 basketball half-time, 2 competitions, winter & spring showcases and recitals Monthly Tuition: $205 Teacher (Crystal Falls): Miranda Straka Required Class Practice Uniform: Tight fitting long sleeve shirt, black leggings, and gymnastics shoes. Soaring Acrobatics Competition Team Level 3 (Ages 8+, must try out for team) This is a 100-minute class in which intermediate/advanced students will learn and compete in 3 competitive dance routines in 2 competitions a year. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as advanced handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, partner lifts, and contortion tricks put into well-choreographed dance routines. Requirements: There is a very strict attendance policy for this class. Students must be enrolled in a dance technique class. We also highly suggest taking a gymnastics class. Students must have taken at least two years of any gymnastics or acro class and have at least a handstand, cartwheel, any walk-over, and any split to start this class. Ninja Warrior Parkour Classes: (pro-

American Ninja Warrior has created a surge of excitement in the USA, especially for young people. This thrilling TV program was actually developed out of an older form of sport called Parkour. Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing - getting from one place to another in STYLE. Be a part of the hottest new sport! You will be learning how to do tumbling, flips, safe falling, and get over obstacles quickly. Any obstacle becomes your playground. Come be a part of the fastest growing sport in the world! Ninja Warrior 1 (Ages 3-7) Kids naturally want to run, jump, climb, balance and generally test their limits. This program plays on that kind of fun. Ninja Warrior Parkour is exceptional at developing many types of strengths, flexibility and balance while challenging participants through fun. This beginner, 45- minute class is really good for your child. It teaches younger students how to listen to a teacher and make his body do what the teacher says. It teaches problem solving, focus, perseverance, agility, strength, patience, coordination and more. All in a naturally challenging and rewarding environment. Classes will build strength, self-awareness, confidence and coordination, which will increase your child’s performance in all other physical activities and sports. Classes are taught on our gym floor, using mats, blocks, and other obstacles that give the feel of an urban environment - without the danger of cement or concrete. Our Ninja Warrior Parkour program is a great outlet for energy and appeals to a wide range of ages and abilities - everyone loves to run, jump, and flip!
