How do I sign up for a class?
You can register for classes online or go to either one of our studio locations to speak with our administrators to get
you signed up! Feel free to call 906-277-0905 and ask to register your student. You can also send an email to
info@inclusion.dance with the parent’s name, address, email, phone number, the child’s name and birth date.
What happens if my child misses a class?
We would hope your child never misses a class, but we understand that life happens and things come up. If your
child needs to miss a class, fill out the online form or send a text to 906-277-0905. If you wish to make up a class, talk
to a staff member at Inclusion Dance about doing so, there are different ways to make up a class; go to an open gym,
try a gymnastics or Ninja Warrior class, or take a dance technique class.
If your student is part of the performance team or competition team, absences drastically affect the team as a whole.
It slows down progress of everyone in the class and puts the perfection of the routine on standstill. Please attend
class as much as possible.
Snow Day Policy
In Crystal Falls, if Forest Park School is closed for weather related issues, all classes for that day will be canceled. In
Iron River, if West Iron County Schools are closed for weather related issues, classes in Iron River will be canceled
for that day. If for some reason Forest Park Schools closes and West Iron County Schools stay open, the Iron River
location will still have classes. If opposite and Forest Park is open and West Iron closed, Crystal Falls will have
classes and West Iron will be closed. Same thing for Florence Schools. We know some snow-days will happen. If
there is more than 1 snow day per semester (September-December and January-April), Inclusion Dance will find a
way to make up the class time that has been missed. You will be informed about the make-up day/time. We will
send an email and/or text when we cancel classes, and it will be posted on Facebook (so please like and follow our
page).
Drinks, Snacks, Food
Students and their parents/guardians can pick out and purchase drinks and food on their own and pay using the
teal-colored drop box. Please bring exact change or write a check for your student (made out to Inclusion Dance).
All money from drinks and food goes to our Inclusion Assistance Program fund, which helps some students pay for
part of their tuition at Inclusion Dance. Bottled water is $1.00, Gatorade & Gatorade Zero is $2.00/$2.50, and coffee
is $1.50. See snack price list by clicking here.
Waiting Room
Parents and visitors, please use the waiting room to wait for the students to complete their class. After you
drop off your child and you help them get ready for class, please wait in the waiting area. It distracts the students if
the students can see you.
Exceptions:
•
If your child is here for the first time, feel free to watch.
•
If your child is under 5, stay nearby and only enter the practice area when needed. It is easier to teach the kids
to be without their parents, if they do not see their parents.
•
Other reasons: please ask a staff member if it is appropriate to stay near your child during class.
