Our Dance Classes

Inclusion Dance offers a wide range of dance classes. Our Dance 1 and 2 classes blend various dance genres. Our other offerings include musical theater, ballet, dance technique, performance-based classes with pom and jazz, competition dance, lyrical, and more.

Dance classes provide numerous benefits for children, spanning physical, mental, and social aspects:

Physical Benefits: Dance can enhance cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, and balance. It can also aid in weight management, increase bone density, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Mental Benefits: Dance helps reduce stress and depression while boosting mood and self-esteem. Dancing releases endorphins in the brain, which improve well-being and alleviate pain. Additionally, dance enhances the mind-body connection, fostering a positive self-image. Regardless of the dance style, both you and your child will develop social interaction skills, spatial awareness, coordination, problem-solving abilities, concrete and abstract learning, gross and fine motor skills, musicality, rhythm, and various life skills that are beneficial throughout life. Learning dance routines also improves memorization, visual recognition, and decision-making.

Social Benefits: Dance promotes sensitivity, understanding, and appreciation for others. Dancing in sync with others can strengthen social bonds and foster closer relationships.
