Our Gymnastics Classes

Gymnastics at Inclusion Dance in Crystal Falls, MI, is an exciting and foundational program that helps students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and agility. Our gymnastics classes focus on teaching fundamental skills such as tumbling, balance, and body control, all within a safe and encouraging environment.

Students will learn a variety of gymnastic techniques, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and backbends, while also developing the discipline and focus needed to master more advanced skills. Whether your child is a beginner or has previous experience, our classes are designed to support individual progress and growth at their own pace.

At Inclusion Dance, we emphasize a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where each student can feel confident in their abilities. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential while fostering a love for gymnastics and movement.

Classes are ordered by age or level depending on the class.

Toddler Tumbling (Ages 2-4)

In this 35-minute class, students will creative movement through gymnastics skills on the gymnastics and ninja warrior equipment. Students will begin to learn basic gymnastic skills including front rolls, and handstands while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement and gross motor skill development games in a positive and fun environment. Students will learn to follow an obstacle course, bounce on our air track, and of course they will have lots of fun! At the beginning of their journey, we may need a guardian’s help to guide these young children.

  • Requirements: Must be at least 2 years old and be potty trained. This class is designed for students who soon able to be independent of their parents during class time.
  • Performances: This is our first season teaching this particular class. We are not sure if we will be able to have all the children perform in the Winter and Spring Showcases. We will see how it goes. (A performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases if they participate.)
  • Teacher: Marla Bradley
  • Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance.
  • Monthly Tuition: $70

Gymnastics 1 Floor, Beam, Bar (Level 1, Ages 4-8)

In this 40-minute class, students will learn gymnastics skills on the beam, bars, and floor. Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including front rolls, handstands, cartwheels, splits, and many other skills.

  • Requirements: Must be at least 4 years old and have good listening skills and focus are required. This class is designed for students who are able to be in a class independent of their parents.
  • Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases).
  • Teacher: Marla Bradley
  • Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance.
  • Monthly Tuition: $75

Gymnastics 1 Floor, Beam, Bar (Level 1, Ages 9-19)

In this 40-minute class, students will learn gymnastics skills on the beam, bars, and floor. Students will learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including front and back rolls, handstands, cartwheels, splits, and many other skills.

  • Requirements: Must be at least 9 years old. This class is designed for older students who are beginner gymnasts.
  • Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases).
  • Teacher: Marla Bradley
  • Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance.
  • Monthly Tuition: $75

Floor Gymnastics 2 (Level 2, Ages 6-19)

Gymnastics 2 is a 45-minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics. Students will strive to perfect handstands and cartwheels and learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including round-offs, press handstands, aerials, handsprings, walkovers, tucks, pikes, splits, and many other tricks/skills.

  • Requirements: Must be at least 6 years old and able to do at least a front and back roll, handstand, and cartwheel to start this class.
  • Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases).
  • Teacher: Marla Bradley
  • Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts on the leotard unless it is very short). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance.
  • Monthly Tuition: $75

Floor Gymnastics 3 (Level 3, Ages 7-19)

In this 45-minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics. Students will strive to perfect different kinds of handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, splits, and learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including aerials, handsprings, flip flops, tucks, pikes, layouts, and many other tricks/skills.

  • Requirements: Must be at least 7 years old. To start this class you must be able to do at least a front and back roll, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, and at least one of the following: any walkover, press handstand, or any handspring.
  • Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases).
  • Teacher: Marla Bradley
  • Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts, sweatpants, or sweatshirts). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance.
  • Monthly Tuition: $75

Floor Gymnastics 4 (Level 4, Ages 8-19)

In this 45 minute class, students will focus on floor gymnastics. Students will strive to perfect press handstands, all walkovers, all handsprings, aerials, splits and learn (or begin to learn) gymnastic skills including tucks, pikes, layouts, and many other advance tricks and skills.

  • Requirements: Must be at least 8 years old. To start this class you must be able to do at least a cartwheel, round-off, press handstand, any walkover, any handspring, and any of the splits.
  • Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases).
  • Teacher: Marla Bradley
  • Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts, sweatpants, or sweatshirts). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance.

Gymnastics 2-4 Beam, Bar, and More (Level 2, Ages 6-19)

In this 45-minute class, students will focus on gymnastics beam and bar skills.

  • Requirements: Must be at least 6 years old and able to do at least a front and back roll, handstand, and cartwheel on the floor to start this class.
  • Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases).
  • Teacher: Marla Bradley
  • Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts, sweatpants, or sweatshirts). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance.

Gymnastics & Acro Stunts (Level 3-4, Ages 7-19)

In this 45-minute class, students will work on gymnastics and acro stunts. The focus of the individual’s skills will be strength and partner/group lifts. This class will also introduce individual gymnastics tricks and contortion maneuvers.

  • Requirements: Must be at least 7 years old. To start this class you must be able to do at least a front and back roll, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, and at least one of the following: any walkover, press handstand, or any handspring.
  • Performances: Winter and Spring Showcases (a performance t-shirt will be provided by Inclusion Dance to wear at both showcases).
  • Teacher: Marla Bradley
  • Class Practice Clothing Suggestions: Leotard with or without leggings and gymnastics shoes (no skirts, sweatpants, or sweatshirts). One pair of gymnastics shoes can be provided by Inclusion Dance.
